•  We provide flat-rate shipping to most locations within Australia. However, for rural or remote areas, special arrangements may apply, such as depot pickups. If you are uncertain about shipping rates to your area, please contact us directly. 

•   Please note that shipping to rural or remote areas may incur additional fees. To inquire about shipping rates or locate the nearest depot for pickup, feel free to contact our customer service team.

• We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

•  All shipments will be Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure there is a secure location for the order to be left.

• You can specify any special delivery instructions (e.g., preferred safe place for leaving the order) during checkout.

• International shipping is available. Please contact our factory directly to arrange international deliveries. 

• Due to some products containing hazardous materials, shipping costs may vary for these items. Additional restrictions may apply.

• Processing Fee: All refunds will incur a processing fee.
• We do not accept change of mind returns.
•  Order Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, at any time. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified and refunded where applicable.

At Crystal Paints, we take the safe transport of dangerous goods seriously. To ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, we follow strict guidelines when preparing and shipping items that are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code (ADG Code) and international standards. 

Dangerous Goods include products that are flammable, corrosive, toxic, oxidising, explosive, or otherwise hazardous to people, property, or the environment. This may include certain paints, coatings, solvents, chemicals, aerosols, or related products. 

• Dangerous Goods will only be shipped with approved carriers that are licensed and equipped to handle DG freight.
   
• We are unable to ship DG items through Australia Post or express courier services that do not accept hazardous materials.
   
• Some rural or remote areas may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to DG handling requirements.

• All DG shipments are packed and labelled in accordance with the ADG Code and International Air Transport Association (IATA) requirements.
   
• Additional surcharges may apply for specialised packaging, labelling, and carrier handling fees.

• Dangerous Goods shipments may take longer than standard deliveries due to handling and transport restrictions.
   
• Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

• Dangerous Goods shipping rates listed on our website apply only to deliveries within Brisbane.
   
• If you are located outside of Brisbane, you must contact our factory before making a purchase to confirm availability, costs, and delivery options for Dangerous Goods freight.
   
• DG freight costs are calculated based on product type, quantity, and delivery location. Customers will be advised of final shipping charges prior to order confirmation.

• We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order containing Dangerous Goods if safe and compliant delivery cannot be arranged.
   
• If your order is affected, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive Dangerous Goods at your nominated delivery address.
   
• If delivery cannot be completed due to local restrictions, incorrect information, or refusal to accept DG freight, additional charges may apply.
